1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or making a purchase at KeztraviaMC Store ("Store"), you ("Buyer") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, do not use the Store.

This Store is operated by KeztraviaMC as a digital product sales service for the KeztraviaMC Minecraft server. The Store is not part of Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or any third-party service related to Minecraft.

2. Buyer Accounts

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including a valid Minecraft username.
• One person may hold one account. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred without our consent.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and OTP code confidential. All activity occurring through your account is deemed to be carried out by you.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, immediately change your password and end all sessions from the Profile page — then contact us.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that are proven to engage in fraud, chargebacks, system abuse, or violations of these terms.

3. Purchases & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• An order is valid once payment is verified, not when the transfer receipt is uploaded.
• The payment amount must be paid exactly as shown on the payment page, including the unique code. A discrepancy in the amount may delay or invalidate verification.
• We may change prices at any time. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders that have already been paid.
• Errors in entering the Minecraft username by the Buyer are the responsibility of the Buyer. Products already delivered to the wrong username cannot be recalled.

4. Payment Methods

The Store accepts payments via: QRIS, manual bank transfer, DANA, and cryptocurrency (multi-chain). We do not use a third-party payment gateway; payment funds go directly to our merchant account.

• The QRIS displayed is dynamic and already includes your order amount. Do not change the amount when paying.
• Bank transfers and DANA are verified manually by the operator during operating hours.
• Crypto payments are calculated based on the rate at checkout. If the transfer exceeds the stated time limit, the rate may be recalculated.
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from sending funds to an address/account other than those stated on our payment page.

5. Delivery of Digital Products

• Products (ranks, items, in-game currency) are delivered automatically to the Minecraft username registered on your account once payment is verified.
• Delivery does not require the Buyer to be online at the same time.
• If the system fails to deliver due to a technical issue on our side, we will resend at no additional cost or refund the payment.
• The Buyer must check the order status on the My Orders page and report any issues within a maximum of 7 days after payment.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Committing fraud, falsifying payment proof, or filing unfounded chargebacks.
• Exploiting system flaws (bugs), including manipulating prices, coupons, or order status.
• Using automated access (bots/scrapers) against the Store without written permission.
• Reselling, duplicating, or claiming digital products that have been purchased as belonging to another party.

Violations may result in account suspension, order cancellation without refund, and legal action where necessary.

7. Intellectual Property

The names, logos, and materials of KeztraviaMC are the property of KeztraviaMC. Minecraft and its assets are the property of Mojang Studios/Microsoft. You do not acquire any rights to those names, trademarks, or assets through any purchase at the Store.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Store is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or losses resulting from service disruptions beyond our control (including network disruptions, failure of electricity/internet providers, or changes in third-party platform policies).

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Buyer for the order that forms the basis of the claim.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page together with its update date. Your use of the Store after changes means you accept the latest version.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall first be resolved through deliberation via the contact page.
